OWNWARD sells digital products: prompt packs, guides, and licenses, delivered as downloads. This policy covers what we collect when you buy or browse, which is deliberately little.
When you buy something: your email address, and for team licenses your business name, collected at checkout so we can deliver your purchase and send your receipt. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our systems. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by their own privacy policy.
When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address, used only to send you the newsletter. Unsubscribe links are in every email.
When you browse: our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard server logs, IP addresses and request data, for security and operations. We don't run advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or third-party cookies on this site.
To deliver what you bought, send receipts and invoices, answer support email, and send the newsletter if you asked for it. That's the whole list.
We don't sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything beyond delivering and supporting what you purchased. The third parties that touch your data are the ones that make the purchase work: Stripe for payments and Netlify for hosting.
